CARP 901 -- Building Maintenance

To be able to effectively inspect, repair, maintain, and implement preventative maintenance procedures in a building is the purpose of this course.  Then will be an emphasis on the use of different building materials in order to properly maintain and/or perform needed repairs to any building, whether it be ceilings, walls, windows doors, hardware, floors, or electronic hardware and card readers.
