Building Maintainance Technology Certificate Program
18 Credits (1 Year)

A certificate in building maintainance technology can prepare you for an entry-level career providing skilled preventive and recurring maintainance/repair services for a building's physical structure and internal systems. Technical courses focus on Mechanical Principles, Construction, Carpentry, Wiring, Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC Systems, Tools, Preventive Maintainance, and proper safety and repair techniques.

PLEASE NOTE: CARP 106 Hand Tools and Power Tools, and WDCE 901 Building Maintainance are only courses available for Fall 2008.
